The app is split into 3. Home, where you can keep track of your overall self. Goals, where you keep track of your physical self. And lastly, Journal, your mental self. Each screen has its own identity, the colours and vibe changing in each one.

Liquid glass navigation bar, which changes colour based on the page you're on.

Liquid glass + Bounce animation made this tab look complete. Liquid glass is used sparingly, the top bar and the navigation bar. This is consistent with the whole app.
